Karl left school at 16 to become a fully qualified chef, but his passion for agriculture and the outdoors led him to follow a different path. He just lambed his first flock of ewes this year, after having previously bought on store lambs. Karl also makes hay and has a thriving gardening business. A rising social media voice, he uses his platform to spread awareness of important issues like farm safety. He is a Yellow Wellies and NFU ambassador, as well as an advocate for mental health awareness.
