Johnny undertakes rural estate management advice for private, institutional and charity clients including all aspects of professional work emanating from these estates.  Johnny has a wide range of professional experience including strategic portfolio oversight and Investment advice, sales of rural property, agricultural and property law, professional valuations (including portfolio valuation work), rent reviews and arbitrations, rural development and regeneration, and court appointed valuation work.  He sits on Savills national estate management board, and is responsible for charities and Institutional clients within the rural discipline for Savills.  In October 2009 he was elected to the RICS panel of agricultural arbitrators and he is a fully qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a global professional association for practitioners who specialise in family inheritance and succession planning.
