This year at Cereals sees the launch of ‘Farmer Resilience’ events, including a trail and Speaker/Q&A/Seminar/Panel event. These events will focus on the resilience of the farmer in the changing agricultural environment and provide information to allow the industry workforce to work effectively and efficiently and manage the impact the challenges have on the ‘farmer’.
The trail will comprise of a variety of industry specialists delivering information on best practice to maximise the safety, health and wellbeing of those on the frontline of agriculture. Completion of the trail will allow entry into a prize draw offering ‘Farmer Resilience’ themed prizes.

The speaker event will include key industry leaders and industry specialists addressing the topic of farmer resilience in the changing agricultural climate, with opportunities for discussion and questions around the issues affecting resilience of the workforce.
