Supplying agricultural lime to the farming community was a core product when we started the business in 1927 and has stood the test of time as it continues to be a popular choice in today’s modern agricultural market.

Whilst we have diversified into may other industrial areas and expanded our product range, farmers and agricultural lime are still at the forefront of our business. 

Agricultural lime is important to improve the soil condition and maximise the yields for grass and arable production. Applying quality ground lime is recommended as this will allow for efficient pH control and mineral uptake. With a high neutralising value of 55%* our ground agricultural lime will assist with this.

Longcliffe’s unique process provides customers with a consistent granularity of less than 3.35mm ensuring the product is suitable for use with all modern spreaders.

We are able to put you in touch with local spreading contractors who operate efficient spreading equipment and specialist GPS mapping.

Our ground agricultural lime will provide you with a versatile liming product offering good value for money for UK farmers.
